Comic con:Man of Steel follow up announced…things are getting Batty

How do you make a follow up to a superhero movie that gets fans rabid? You throw something at them so unexpected, so far out of left field that they never see it coming. You blow them up with awesome.  Thats precisely what Warner Brothers did today in Hall H at Comic Con.

Director Zack Snyder took to the stage to announce to the very quiet crowd in Hall H that “serious shit is about to go down.”

The first thing that was announced was that he would be directing a follow up to this year’s  Man of Steel which hit strong at the box office. But the lips were very tight.
“I have one thing I can reveal” said Snyder
At that point he brought out Man Of Steel actor Harry Lennix who played General Swanwick to read something.

“I want you to remember Clark,” he says, “in all the years to come. In all your private moments. In all the years to come, my hand at your throat. I want you to remember, the one man who beat you.”

With that Batman Superman logo came on screen. Yes fans we are getting a movie in the DC Universe that will include Batman and Suoerman! No other details were given but it’s been said any other Batman adventures would not include anyone from the Nolan series.
There were no cameras allowed inside but we are sure the logo will pop up online soon.
