Wet N Wild Orlando is the original soak station, blasting visitors with millions of gallons of water for decades. This year the park will get an all new record breaking slide that will blast racers through twists, turns and drops. Guests will be able to race their friends and have a blast with the all new Aqua Drag Racer. The all new slide is getting ready to open, and the park is getting ready to tell us when!
Announced earlier this year, Aqua Drag Racer will have guests racing through twisted braids before making the big splashdown. The all new slide will be the tallest racing slide in Florida, at over six stories and will accommodate up to four racers.
Wet n Wild Orlando will announce the opening date on May 27th. If we had to guess, we’d say the slide will open in mid-June to take advantage of the huge summer crowds and the massive opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando.
