Frozen Holiday Wish coming to Magic Kingdom along with…Sandy Claws? Hmmm

Halloween is just around the corner, but that’s not stopping Christmas from moving full steam at Walt Disney World. The resort is focusing a ton of holiday cheer on the hit animated film, Frozen. Magic Kingdom will be the first to experience this all new wintry fun, beginning November 5th, as “Frozen Holiday Wish” will begin nightly. Also, Christmas can be a “Nightmare”, so it’s up to Sandy Claws to help!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas will kick off on November 7th, but guests can see an amazing Frozen makeover of Cinderella castle as early as November 5th. Every night at 6:30 p.m. guests will be able to see an all new show with Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf as Cinderella Castle is transformed! Guests will be able to see Elsa use her holiday powers to turn the castle into a glimmering ice palace for Christmas!

It will be done with the use of hundreds of thousands LED lights, and will most likely be accompanied by a huge rendition of “Let it Go”.

If that wasn’t enough, our finest trick or treaters tell us that Jack Skellington could be making a surprise visit to the Magic Kingdom as Sandy Claws! This has not been confirmed yet, but it could take place right next to the real Santa Claus, and if it’s true will be available only during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Again this is only a rumor, but Jack and Sally are both available for photos during the Not So Scary Halloween Party. Jack is part of the holiday celebration at several other Disney parks, including Disneyland for Haunted Mansion Holiday.

If the rumor is true, this will mark the first time that The Nightmare Before Christmas has been used as part of the Christmas season at Walt Disney World. It’s very possible that we could soon (hopefully) see even more Christmas fun with these characters.
