It’s that time of year where all the big toy companies start revealing their flashy new SDCC convention exclusive offerings. Hasbro has decided to up the ante a bit with this year’s Transformers themed item.
Courtesy of IGN we now have a look at (possibly the first of) this year’s Transformers exclusive honoring 10 years of the live action movie series. Included you’ll get a voyager class Optimus Prime figure, an identical figure can already be found at retail stores today, but this SDCC version features a super premiere paint job.
As well as an actual piece of Optimus’s tires used during the filming of the Transformers films. You will also be given a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity with the tire piece from Western Star.
This exclusive (including the tire part) will retail for $49.99 and can be found at the HasbroToyShop booth at SDCC this year. Limited quanities may also (but are not guaranteed to) be available after the show on HasbroToyShop.com.
